As HRKatha, a renowned platform for global HR professionals, celebrates its tenth anniversary, it unveils a dynamic new brand identity and website design. This transformation not only marks a significant milestone but also reinforces its leadership position in the HR news industry.

A Fresh Look

The new identity features a modern, lowercase typeface for ‘hrkatha’, striking a balance between approachability and professionalism. The ‘hr’ portion, cleverly designed, serves a dual purpose: it’s a unique symbol and an integrated part of the brand name. It subtly reveals a ‘1’, signifying HRKatha’s leadership position in the HR news landscape. The design culminates in a diamond at the top, symbolizing achievement and leadership in professional life.

Crafting Human Potential

Accompanying the visual transformation is the new tagline, ‘Crafting Human Potential’. It underscores HRKatha’s unwavering commitment to helping individuals discover and unleash their full potential.

A Vibrant Palette

The vibrant colour palette reflects the brand’s core values: purple for creativity, green for growth, blue for trust, pink for excellence, and yellow for joy and happiness. This spectrum also represents the diversity and inclusivity central to HRKatha’s mission.

A Commitment to Evolution

Prajjal Saha, founder and editor of HRKatha, characterizes the fresh visual identity as a symbol of their commitment to continuous evolution and innovation. He believes this new look will captivate the senses and elevate user interaction with their platform.

A Vision for the Future

Visual brand consultant Mandy Kulkarni was enlisted to oversee the transformation of HRKatha’s brand identity and website revamp. Her vision was to create a brand experience that feels fresh, visually striking, and celebrates the ‘vibrant people’ aspect of the HR community.

Ambitious Plans Ahead

In addition to the visual overhaul, HRKatha has ambitious plans for the year ahead. With a renewed focus on producing powerful content, HRKatha aims to deliver even more relevant, unbiased, and compelling stories for the HR industry.

HRKatha is set to announce five power-packed business events and awards spread throughout Asia, each delving into a distinct facet of HR excellence. These events will spotlight the emerging trends and challenges shaping the HR landscape.

HRKatha was the first platform in India to deliver daily HR news. Today, it boasts a readership of 400,000 per month, with 2 million page views, marking a decade of leadership in the industry.
